Elizabeth Vanderhoef developing new high school curricula through TANMS' Research Experience for Teachers (RET) Program

Elizabeth Vanderhoef's schedule since September could exhaust the Energizer bunny.

She taught physics at Schenectady High School during the day and took classes at Union Graduate College at night.

She developed a curriculum for community health workers to train Schenectady residents how to access medical services. She organized a "Bridges Out of Poverty" session at the college, on the impact of poverty on classrooms.
